 The 88th edition of the Verona Opera Festival, which last over two months, is from June 18th to August 29th, and will host a series of operas in the magnificent setting of the Roman city. This year it is dedicated to Franco Zeffirelli, who responsible for the direction of all the operas on the bill: Turandot by Giacomo Puccini and Madama Butterfly, Aida and Il Trovatore by Giuseppe Verdi, and Georges Bizet's Carmen.
